Georges is a co-founder, member of the Management Board, and Head of New Ventures.

He leads CFM’s fundraising efforts and is an innovator in climate finance, contributing to the creation and deployment of climate-focused funds Climate Investor One and Two, and currently raising the Climate Credit Fund.

With over 18 years of experience, Georges previously worked at the Dutch Development Bank, FMO, where he developed the concept for an end-to-end blended finance renewable energy fund. Before joining FMO in 2005, Georges worked at ABN AMRO in the Financial Markets department and at the Dutch Ministry of Finance. He holds MSc degrees in Applied Mathematics from Twente University and International Economics & Business Studies from Erasmus University.
