Robert Haye is the Head of Human Resources at CFM, responsible for payroll management, recruitment, compensation, benefits and talent management. Prior to joining CFM in July 2017, Robert was the Global Head of Human Resources for ING Group’s global Private Banking business and a member of the HR Europe management team. Previously, Robert worked with Rabobank International, where he was the Head of Management Development and ultimately Global HR Business Partner for Rabobank’s international Wholesale Banking business.
