Alison brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, with senior roles spanning operations, risk, compliance and organisational performance across international infrastructure and asset management firms. Prior to joining Climate Fund Managers, she led operational risk and compliance functions, strengthening governance frameworks and driving process efficiency. Her background in managing complex operational environments supports Climate Fund Managers mission to scale climate-focused blended finance solutions worldwide.
