Amit Mohan is responsible for managing CFM’s private credit funds and guarantee vehicles.

Amit has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit and corporate financial management across Africa, Asia, LATAM and the United Kingdom. Before joining CFM, he held senior roles at Standard Bank Group, including Director of Corporate and Investment Banking . Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial Officer at NamPower and at Namibia Asset Management, supporting the financing of major energy projects through regional debt capital markets. He began his career with Grant Thornton, where he completed his articles, and has served on several boards in the private and public sectors. Amit holds an Accounting degree from the University of South Africa, an Honours degree from the University of Natal, and is registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
