Juan Paez leads CFM’s investment activities across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Juan has 25+ years of experience in Private Equity investments in energy and infrastructure across Latin America. Before joining CFM, he was a founding member and Managing Partner at REAL Infrastructure Capital Partners in New York, where he raised and invested capital in renewable energy projects in Mexico and Central America. He previously served as a Partner at Conduit Capital Partners in NY, managing energy investments across multiple Latin American markets. Earlier in his career, he held roles at BNP, Fiduciaria Tequendama and Banco de Bogotá. Juan holds an MBA from London Business School and is a trained engineer from Universidad de los Andes (COL).
