Refinancing Fund

Since the Construction Equity Fund removes the need for developers raising construction debt finance, the Refinancing Fund, yet to be established, will look to provide long-term senior debt to a project, only once it is fully operational. Capital will be sourced from institutional investors looking for long-term and stable real yields, uncorrelated with traditional asset classes.
